Smaller Objects is a selection of smaller size design objects made available to an online audience. The ambition is to present either unique objects, or carefully selected objects from around the world that may be difficult to find for the individual. All prices are presented in EUR.
Prices displayed on the webpage apply at the time of order. The prices at Smaller Objects are including Swedish VAT (25%). The total price includes the price for the products and possibly shipping fees. The total price will become visible at the checkout-page as soon as you have chosen your country of destination.
Customers in Japan and the US
At this time we are able to ship to residents in Japan and the US. You pay applicable import taxes and customs fee according to your country’s policy when your order is delivered. Note that you may also be charged an administrative fee by the shipping company. Contact you country's customs office for more information.
Smaller Objects offer you to pay with credit card (DIBS) and PayPal.
Shipping time within Sweden – Normally 2-4 working days usually with Schenker PrivPak.
Shipping time within EU – Normally 2-4 working days with FedEx
Shipping time outside EU – Normally 4-7 working days with FedEx
If you have ordered several products and the time of delivery various between the different products, we will under certain circumstances split the order and send your products as soon as possible. As soon as your order is shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation.

Smaller Objects is responsible if the shipment is damaged or lost during transportation to the customer. If the shipment is damaged or lost when returning it on your initiative, you are responsible for loss or damage. We recommend packing returned products in the original container/box or similar and advise you to insure the shipment.
If you receive a damaged product you must immediately contact FedEx and report the damage. FedEx will instruct of the next steps to be taken. You must also keep the outer box as a part of the investigation for the cause of the damage.
For all kinds of damages, to the outer box and/or the content of the box, you should immediately take digital pictures of the damaged outer box and/or the content.
Import taxes and duty fees
The customer is responsible for all applicable import taxes, duty and fees for their orders. You will receive a separate invoice by FedEx for any applicable custom duties and taxes. Custom policies vary between countries. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Smaller Objects aim towards 100% customer satisfaction. However, if not 100% satisfied with your products you can return them within 14 days of after receiving them and we will refund you the full purchase price, shipping costs deducted. To avoid unnecessary costs, always contact customer service for detailed instructions regarding returns.
Returning a product
Smaller Objects comply with the Swedish Konsumentköplagen, and the European Union E-commerce directive which means that you can, in a period of 14 days, return a product if you are not completely satisfied. When returning a product it must be in unchanged condition. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service when returning a product. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions before returning the products. The price of the products, shipping costs deducted, will be refunded within 20 days from the day that the product is delivered to us. If you use your right to return a product, the shipping costs, custom and handlings fees will be paid by you.
REFUSAL OF TRANSACTION
The following is what we require from you in order for us not to refuse the transaction:
1. Be at least 18 years old
2. Provide your correct name, phone number, E-mail address and payment details
3. Provide a correct shipping address (not a PO box or Poste restante).
4. Use a valid credit/debit card that is acceptable to our bank partner
5. We cannot accept your order if any of the following occurs:
- We cannot charge your credit card for some reason.
- If we are unable to deliver for reasons out of our control or that we do not have the product(s) in stock.
Please contact our customer service at email@example.com if you have any problems such as damages or, in any way, incorrect orders. If parcel arrive in bad condition and products inside are missing or damaged you need to make a complaint to the delivering company, immediately after discovering the problem. We will need photos sent to us in order to handle your complaint. If returning any product, after agreed with our customer service representative, use the original package, include a description of the damage.
The conditions in this contract shall be governed by and construed with the laws of Sweden and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
