What countries does Smaller Objects ship to?
Smaller Objects ships to countries in the European Union, Japan and the US.
More countries will hopefully be added in the future. If you are outside these areas, please contact us at support@smallerobjects.com and we will do our best to meet your request.

What payment methods do you offer?
You can pay with credit cards (VISA and MasterCard) and via PayPal.

Is it secure to pay with credit cards on your web site?
Yes. The credit card information that you submit to us will only be handled by our payment service provider. We will never ask you to provide this information by e-mail.
To protect you as a customer we use the latest secure server technology to ensure information is protected to the highest standards.

Which currencies are available on Smaller Objects?
At this point of time, we quote prices in EURO only.

How do I know how much the shipping costs are?
The shipping fee on your order will be calculated in the checkout process after you have chosen the country for your delivery. The shipping cost does not include custom fees, which may charged by the customs in countries outside the European Union.

How long is the delivery time from your website?
Within the EU expected delivery time varies between 2-4 working days. To the US and Japan, normally 4-7 days,
We do try our best to meet the delivery timescales but occasionally a package can be late due to reasons that are out of our control.

What if my delivery is damaged when I receive it?
If shipments with obvious damages are delivered, you are obliged to notify the transportation company immediately and to refuse the acceptance of the shipment. Please also contact our customer service, so that Smaller Objects is able to protect our rights to satisfy claims against the transportation company. Hidden damages are to be reported immediately to support@smallerobjects.com and not later than 5 days after receiving the shipment.

Can I exchange or return my purchase if I do not like it?
Smaller Objects aim towards 100% customer satisfaction. However, if not 100% satisfied with your products you can return them within 14 days of after receiving them and we will refund you the full purchase price, shipping costs deducted. To avoid unnecessary costs, always contact customer service for detailed instructions regarding returns.”

Will your range of products expand?
Yes.
